I watched for years the gift giver give joyfully and quietly to others. He used the gifts God gave him to help, feed and even entertain others. One day from the hospital I received a phone call from Michael. Having become very weak and ill, he called sobbing asking for a favor. Not knowing if this would be his
last wedding anniversary, he wanted to make it very special. He had everything planned for a perfect day. From the roses, to the limo to the spa, he made sure you were pampered. He even arranged dinner reservations, inviting a few friends
making sure you were not alone. This is a sweet memory I'll treasure always.

Mrs. Ginger, your story brought me to tears because this is what every person should receive. The JOY of giving is a gift from God and this is what I miss also. I love reading your stories. They always remind me of how I want to be and be remembered. How we should all be remembered as God lives through us to touch others just as your family.
